Don Lemon Gets Humiliated At Oscars As Hollywood Turns On CNN Star

CNN host Don Lemon got humiliated at the Oscars last night as Hollywood has finally turned on the embattled news anchor. Academy Award winner Michelle Yeoh made history last night becoming the first Asian actress to win the Oscar for Best Actress for her role in “Everything Everywhere All At Once.”

The 60-year-old Malaysian-born Yeoh called out Lemon during her historic acceptance speech in a shot that landed all the way back in New York City. She said:

“This is proof that dreams, dream big, and dreams do come true. And ladies, don’t let anybody tell you you’re ever past your prime.” The Hollywood crowd went nuts at the Lemon swipe in a bad sign for Don’s post CNN career.

Lemon was forced to cover the historic win at CNN this morning but producers cut the part mocking Don from the segment.

“I thought it was particularly reaffirming especially for Asian Americans, American actors or just Asian Americans in the country,” Lemon said today.

“I thought it was a really important and reaffirming moment for Asian Americans and I hope that you know they feel it in this country and that everyone does.”

Lemon said about women earlier:

“I think it’s the wrong road to go down. She says people, you know, politicians or something are not in their prime. Nikki Haley isn’t in her prime, sorry. A woman is considered to be in their prime in 20s and 30s and maybe 40s.”

“That’s not according to me,” he added. “It’s like, prime. If you look it up. If you Google when is a woman in her prime, it’ll say 20s, 30s and 40s.”
