New Leaks Claims Barack Obama Cursed Out Media: “Motherf**ers I’m aloof with you because I don’t want to talk to you”

Sharing is caring!

A new leak claims former President Barack Obama trashed the media to a prospective presidential candidate during a sitdown during the contentious Dem primary campaign. According to Edward-Isaac Dovere’s new book, “Battle for the Soul: Inside the Democrats’ Campaigns to Defeat Trump,” Obama cursed out the media saying of political reporters “Motherf—ers, I’m aloof with you because I don’t want to talk to you.”

The candidate Obama met with was not named by the author but Obama was famously annoyed by being called aloof. People forget Obama went after reporters and leakers a lot. The book also claims Obama cursed out Trump as well.

In calls to donors and advisers, Obama called Trump a “madman”, a “racist, sexist pig”, “that f*cking lunatic” and a “corrupt motherf*cker,” according to the book.

The Guardian got an advance copy of thee book:

“He’s a madman,” Dovere reports Obama telling “big donors looking to squeeze a reaction out of him in exchange for the big checks they were writing to his foundation”.

“More often: ‘I didn’t think it would be this bad.’ Sometimes: ‘I didn’t think we’d have a racist, sexist pig.’ Depending on the outrage of the day … a passing ‘that fucking lunatic’ with a shake of his head.”

Obama’s strongest remark, Dovere reports, was prompted by reports that Trump was speaking to foreign leaders – including Vladimir Putin, amid the investigation of Russian election interference and links between Trump and Moscow – without any aides on the call.

“‘That corrupt motherfucker,’ he remarked.”

First Lady Jill Biden reportedly ripped Kamala Harris on a call with supporters after then-Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) went after Joe during a debate. The second Democratic presidential debate was held in Miami in June 2019. Biden was wobbly and Kamala went in for the knockout blow saying “I do not believe you are a racist” to Biden before attacking him on racial issues.

Jill Biden would tell supporters after the debate:

“With what he cares about, what he fights for, what he’s committed to, you get up there and call him a racist without basis?” she reportedly said, before adding. “Go f*ck yourself.”

This is how the book describes the moment:

Onstage at Miami’s Ziff Ballet Opera House, she seized her moment.

“I’m going to now direct this at Vice President Biden: I do not believe you are a racist, and I agree with you when you commit yourself to the importance of finding common ground,” she said, looking over at him.

“But I also believe, and it’s personal—it was hurtful to hear you talk about the reputations of two United States senators who built their reputations and career on the segregation of race in this country.

And it was not only that, but you also worked with them to oppose busing. And, you know, there was a little girl in California who was part of the second class to integrate her public schools, and she was bused to school every day. And that little girl was me.”

Biden, taken aback, plodded through a response. She was mischaracterizing his position, he said. That’s not what he stood for, and she knew that. He found his way to the end of the answer and stopped speaking.

A few minutes later, the moderators paused for a commercial break. Biden leaned over to Pete Buttigieg, at the podium to his right. They barely knew each other, but Biden was looking for someone to share the moment with.

“Well,” he said, according to multiple people to whom the conversation was relayed afterward. “That was some f—ing bullshit.”
