The Tide Turns For Hillary Clinton As Majority Of Dems Now Want To See Her Questioned By John Durham According To New Poll
Hillary Clinton got more bad news but this time from an unlikely source. Democrats. According to a stunning new poll, a majority of Democrats now want former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton to be questioned by Special Counsel John Durham in his probe of the origins of the Russia story.
Those numbers must be terrifying to Clinton and to the Dems at large and reflect President Joe Biden’s dismal poll numbers. Biden’s series of blunders and debacles have people not only regretting their vote, they have people questioning a narrative that was planted in their heads better than any hypnotist could.
This shift in mentality, if it holds, is not something Biden and the Dems will recover from. It would mark a seismic and fundamental shift away from the Dem Party that would only happen in a backlash election.
It is not hard to see why this shift is happening: Rising inflation, rising crime, incompetent Congress, and every time they bring out Biden or Kamala to stop the slide they flub softball interviews and make it worse.
And this poll was taken before Special Counsel John Durham’s Friday filing that put the probe at Hillary Clinton’s doorstep.
According to The Daily Mail, “66 percent of Democrats wanted Clinton questioned, a whopping 22 percentage points higher than how many in her party demanded a probe last October, according to TechnoMetrica Institute of Policy and Politics (TIPP) research.
“The amount of Republicans demanding answers is also swelling, rising to 91 percent in January from 80 percent last October. Among the independent crowd, those wanting the former secretary of state probed rose to 74 percent from 65 percent.
“Both polls were completed before Special Counsel John Durham last week released a bombshell report that claimed Clinton’s campaign team tried to spy on former president Trump’s computer servers in a failed attempt to tie him to Russia” the Mail reported.
Old social media posts from Hillary did not age well either. She posted on October 31, 2016, while sharing a statement from her then-special policy advisor Jake Sullivan (who is now Biden’s National Security Advisor): “Computer scientists have apparently uncovered a covert server linking the Trump Organization to a Russian-based bank.”
The statement from Sullivan she prompted said: “This secret hotline may be the key to unlocking the mystery of Trump’s ties to Russia. It certainly seems the Trump Organization felt it had something to hide, given that it apparently took steps to conceal the link when it was discovered by journalists.”
Clinton also posted the same day: “It’s time for Trump to answer serious questions about his ties to Russia.” In that post, she promoted a Slate article asking if Trump was using a secret server to communicate with allies abroad.
Hillary’s post included a box that made the claims: “Trump had a secret server used to communicate privately with a Putin-tied Russian bank called Alfa Bank.
“When a reporter asked about it, they shut it down. One week later, they created a different server with a different name for the same purpose.
Ex-DNI John Ratcliffe said earlier:
“Michael Sussmann’s is the first of what I would hope would be a number, based on the fact — I provided not just those declassified documents, but I provided 1,000 intelligence community documents that I think support additional charges that I would expect John Durham to bring.”
Congressman Jim Jordan said: “I’ll tell you what, there is certainly now more than circumstantial evidence that the Democrats and the FBI and the Clinton campaign spied on President Trump’s campaign.
Glenn Greenwald, a reporter and former darling of the left who refused to go along with the Russian story paid a price for it brought the story back to the present day with:
