Hours After Queen Elizabeth II Passes Away – Donald Trump Delivers His Prediction on King Charles’ Reign

Sharing is caring!

The world is mourning the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, who died on Thursday at the age of 96. Just about every major world leader has since weighed in, and that includes former President Donald Trump.

Trump is currently under investigation for allegedly taking classified documents from the White House, though some experts claim the government has no case.

But all that was put aside for a while yesterday, when Trump delivered his heartfelt comments concerning Elizabeth and her successor, Charles.

Charles, 73, is the oldest son, so he immediately ascended to the throne after his mother’s death. The coronation won’t happen for a few months yet, but Charles is officially in power now.

Trump says he’s known Charles for a while, and that’s why he gave him a 4-word prediction: in a post on Truth Social, the former POTUS said Britain’s new leader will be a “Great and Wonderful King.”

Trump also wrote:

King Charles III, who I have gotten to know well, will be a Great and Wonderful King.

He dearly loves the United Kingdom and all that it represents to the World. He will prove to be an inspiration to everyone.

Queen Elizabeth has been, and will be from above, very proud of King Charles III.

Three years ago, Prince Charles and his wife, the Duchess of Cornwall, greeted Trump at Buckingham Palace. The President also took time to pay his respects to Queen Elizabeth.

He added that her “historic and remarkable reign left a tremendous legacy of peace and prosperity for Great Britain.

Queen Elizabeth II was on the throne longer than any other monarch in the country’s history, and she was a widely beloved leader across the world. Trump certainly seemed impressed by her on numerous occasions.

Though the former Commander-in-Chief faces a serious issue here in the U.S., he was respectful enough to take some time and honor the former Queen, and give Charles his prediction.

Trump finished by saying:

She will always be remembered for her faithfulness to her country and her unwavering devotion to her fellow countrymen and women.

Melania and I will always cherish our time together with the Queen, and never forget Her Majesty’s generous friendship, great wisdom, and wonderful sense of humor.

For at least a day or two, this event will put the Trump/FBI raid news on the back burner.

And Trump proved that he has more class than some of his critics give him credit for, though that may not be enough to stop indictments from coming down later this year.
