Federal Appeals Court Stops Biden In His Tracks – Republican-Picked Judges Just Put Joe’s Mandate Requirement On Ice
Ever since Joe Biden revealed his “mandate” in September, the country has been suffering. Even before the order was signed, people were losing their jobs. Plenty of experts have weighed in, saying Biden does not have the authority to issue such a rule.
But despite all this, he has not been deterred in pushing this mandate.
He has set a deadline of January 4. After that, he will force companies to submit to his rules. But many states and businesses have launched lawsuits against the administration. And one federal court just handed Biden a major setback.

The judges wrote that there was “cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the mandate,” staying the order while the court assesses it in more depth.
The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ordered to freeze Biden’s mandate as they decide on the case. The court took up a lawsuit by Louisiana and other states. In addition to this suit, several other circuit courts are addressing their own cases, launched by 27 states.
The court halted Biden’s mandate, worried that his abusive move would result in “grave constitutional issues.” That’s what many experts and Americans have been saying. Biden made a sweeping rule, threatening millions of Americans’ jobs if they did not comply.
Never in our 200+ year history have we ever seen a president issue this kind of order. And it comes at a time when many are struggling to get back to work in the first place. Does Biden really see what he is doing? He vowed to “build back better.” Yet everything he’s done has harmed the United States.
If he was trying to help our rivals, he’s doing a bang-up job. His policies are putting Americans last as countries like Russia, China, and Iran thrive. This mandate won’t achieve his expected outcome, only force millions out of their jobs.
Hopefully, this mandate will get punted out by every circuit court in the land.
