Sharing is caring!

Failed Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot woke up today to a tragedy that just reinforces her lack of leadership and her debacle of a first term. Everyone from the members of the Chicago Police Department to members of the city council went on record saying she is in over her head and lost control of the city.

She has demonstrated she does not have a clue what the important issues are facing the city and what solutions she does offer have only made it worse.

Early this morning a  Chicago police officer and two federal agents were shot in the city’s outside of a police station in the Morgan Park neighborhood. The injuries are not life-threatening and the hope is this will serve as a wake-up call to Lightfoot and her team.

According to The Chicago Sun-Times, A Chicago police officer and two federal agents were shot Wednesday morning outside a police station in Morgan Park on the Far South Side, according to preliminary information from Chicago Fire officials.

The officers were outside the 22nd District station, 1900 W. Monterey Ave., when they were shot, fire officials said.
