BREAKING: Man BLUDGEONES Woman To Death And Gets Caught In The Most GENIUS Way Possible
A man who allegedly bludgeoned his female housemate to death has been captured thanks to the brilliant work of a smart and brave civilian. It’s quite genius frankly.
Check this out.
NEW JERSEY – Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Mount Laurel Township Police Chief Stephen Riedener announced that the death of a 38-year-old woman whose body was found in her home yesterday afternoon is being investigated as a homicide.
Melissa Malcolm, 38, was found deceased in her bed after officers from the Mount Laurel Police Department made entry into the residence to conduct a wellness check at approximately 12:30 p.m. because she did not show up for work.
The preliminary investigation indicated she suffered blunt force trauma to the head. An autopsy will be performed by Burlington County Medical Examiner Dr. Ian Hood to determine the cause and manner of death. The residence is located in the 600 block of Mount Laurel Road.
Andrew Kramer, 31 has been taken into custody on charges stemming from the investigation into her death. Kramer utilized her debit card to withdraw money from cash machines at convenience stores. He was driving her silver 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee at the time.
Kramer was next spotted in Philadelphia where, at gunpoint, he approached a man and told him he needed a ride. The victim told Kramer that he could stay in his garage. After Kramer entered the garage, the victim locked him in and called police, who arrived and took him into custody.
From Law & Crime:
It allegedly took a while for the situation to de-escalate, however. Officers said they arrived at the Philly man’s business to find that Kramer was holding the gun under his own chin.
“After approximately 30 minutes of talking with Kramer, the officers were able to convince him to put down his loaded .25-caliber semi-automatic handgun,” Burlington County prosecutors said.
“I’d like to commend the individual whom the defendant confronted in Philadelphia, for his level-headed and resourceful response to this frightening encounter,” Prosecutor Scott A. Coffina said. “I’d like to equally acknowledge the excellent work by the Philadelphia Police Department in their response to the scene and their successful de-escalation of the situation that ensured the defendant did not harm any of the responding officers or himself.”
Kramer is charged with murder in the first degree, two counts of possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose as well as making terroristic threats, credit card theft and motor vehicle theft.
*All persons are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
It doesn’t look good for this dude.
If he is found guilty of murder we hope that he spends the rest of his life behind bars.
